Tech billionaire Elon Musk has finally shocked the world by revealing his futuristic vision of a flying car During a live event at his SpaceX rocket facility, Musk showed off a special version of the new Tesla Roadster sports car that can briefly lift off the ground and fly into the air.
Unlike standard airplanes, this flying car does not use giant wings. Instead, Tesla built the vehicle in partnership with rocket engineers from SpaceX. It uses 10 high pressure air thrusters and special fans that shoot compressed air to lift the heavy car off the road, perform mid air rolls, and launch fast. Musk proudly declared at the launch event, Flying cars are real The car can jump from 0 to 100 km/h in less than one second, making it faster than almost any vehicle on Earth. While it stays airborne for just a few seconds using rocket style technology, experts call it a massive step for future transport.
However, driving this vehicle on normal city roads will take time. Government safety approvals, high costs, and traffic rules remain big challenges. Tesla plans to start official production around 2028 for buyers willing to pay for this ultra futuristic dream ride.
